The following Council meetings are scheduled in the period before the AGM:

• Monday, 12th May at 7:30 PM
• Thursday, 5th June at 7:30 PM
• Saturday, 28th June (time to be confirmed)

The AGM will take place on Sunday, 29th June. Both the time and venue will be confirmed closer to the date. We acknowledge that the timing may not suit everyone, and we are committed to ensuring that those with competing commitments have an opportunity to participate. For future AGMs, we aim to schedule them between mid-May and late-May to avoid conflicts with major matches.

To assist us in planning the AGM’s online and physical arrangements, we kindly ask you to express your attendance through the following Google Form.
